Job summary

Burrachos, LLC is seeking a Shift Lead to maintain smooth daily operations, encourage top-tier service, and help guide the team with a positive, welcoming attitude.

You will bridge teamwork and leadership, lead by example, train staff, and assist with catering events, including taking orders and delivering at off-site venues. A background in fast-paced restaurant settings is valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and dependable attitude.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a restaurant or customer service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food orders.
• Prep/cook food when needed.
• Enter customer sales, accept payments, and provide change when needed.
• Handle and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness.
• Engage with customers.
• Answer customer questions.
• Lead and help train team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with catering, including taking phone orders, delivering, and working off-site at catering events.

As a Shift Lead, you'll help keep daily operations running smoothly, encourage great service, and lend a hand wherever it's needed. We see this role as the bridge between teamwork and leadership - someone who lifts others up and leads by example.

What A Day In The Life Looks Like:

• Prepare food orders
• Prep/cook food when needed
• Enter customer sales, accept payments, and provide change when needed
• Handle and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness
• Engage with customers
• Answer customer questions
• Lead and help train team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Assist with catering as needed, including taking phone orders, delivering, and working off-site at catering events

What you'll bring to the team:

• Excellent communication
• Dependability
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have at least 3 months of experience working in a restaurant/ customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic and friendly attitude
• Passion and willingness to train our great team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
