Job summary

Burrachos, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily operations, reinforce friendly service, and lead by example on the floor and in the kitchen. You’ll help supervise staff, ensure speed and accuracy, and keep guests happy during busy shifts.

The role offers base pay plus tip incentives averaging over $20/hour, a Friday-Sunday shift premium, free meals, employee discounts, flexible scheduling, and paid SERV Safe certification upon joining the team.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older required.
• At least 3 months of restaurant or customer service experience.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and dependability are essential.
• Willing to train teammates and lead by example.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food orders and assist with prep/cooking as needed.
• Enter customer sales, take payments, and provide change.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organize the dining area.
• Engage with customers and answer questions respectfully.
• Lead and help train team members to deliver great service.
• Assist with catering tasks including phone orders and off-site events.
• Support daily operations and uphold Burrachos standards.

As a Shift Lead, you’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly, encourage great service, and lend a hand wherever it’s needed. We see this role as the bridge between teamwork and leadership—someone who lifts others up and leads by example.

What A Day In The Life Looks Like:

• Prepare food orders
• Prep/cook food when needed
• Enter customer sales, accept payments, and provide change when needed
• Handle and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness
• Engage with customers
• Answer customer questions
• Lead and help train team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Assist with catering as needed, including taking phone orders, delivering, and working off-site at catering events

Current Open Shifts:

• Looking for evening shifts 15-20 hours a week

What you'll bring to the team:

• Excellent communication
• Dependability
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have at least 3 months of experience working in a restaurant/ customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic and friendly attitude
• Passion and willingness to train our great team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
