Coborn's is hiring a Shift Manager to provide leadership coverage and manage store operations when the Store Director and Assistant Store Director are unavailable. You will oversee receiving, merchandising preparation, and floor displays, while guiding staff to maintain smooth shift operations.

The role includes greeting guests, helping customers locate items, and ensuring efficient delivery of merchandise and customer service across the floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and prepare product to go out to the floor for merchandising.
• Efficiently break down deliveries, stock shelves, and build displays with packaged products.
• Greet guests on the sales floor and assist them with finding items they are looking for.
• Guide and direct team members to ensure smooth operation throughout the shift.
