Coborn's, Inc. is hiring a Shift Manager to provide leadership coverage and oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director. The role includes receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, building displays, and greeting guests while assisting them in locating items.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and procedures, and prepare product to go out to the floor for merchandising.
• Efficiently break down deliveries, stock shelves, and build displays with packaged products.
• Greet guests on the salesfloor and assist them with finding items they are looking for.
• Provide guidance and direction to team members throughout the shift to ensure smooth operation.
