Coborn's Incorporated is hiring a Shift Manager to lead store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director. You will manage merchandise receiving, prepare items for the floor, stock shelves, build displays, and greet guests, assisting them in finding items.

You will also guide and direct team members to ensure smooth operations throughout your shift and maintain a welcoming, service-oriented environment for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and cover store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and prepare it for floor merchandising
• Stock shelves, build displays, greet guests and assist them in finding items
• Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure smooth shift operation
