• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and procedures, prepare product for floor merchandising.
• Break down deliveries, stock shelves, build displays with packaged products, and greet guests on the sales floor and assist them in finding items.
• Guide and direct team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
