Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is hiring a Shift Manager to provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.

You will receive merchandise, prepare products for floor merchandising, break down deliveries, stock shelves, build displays, and greet guests while helping them find items.

The role also guides team members to ensure smooth operations during your shift and supports a positive, customer‑focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience is required.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills are essential.
• Familiarity with store operations and merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and procedures.
• Prepare product to go out to the floor for merchandising.
• Break down deliveries, stock the shelves, and build displays with packaged products.
• Greet guests on the salesfloor and assist them with finding items.
• Lead and guide team members throughout the shift to ensure smooth operation.
