Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervision preferred.
• Ability to manage store operations in absence of directors.
• Strong customer service and team guidance skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of store leadership.
• Receive merchandise per company policies, prepare product for floor, break down deliveries, stock shelves, and build displays.
• Greet guests on the sales floor and assist them with finding items.
• Guide and direct team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
