The Parking Spot is seeking a Supervisor to support the management staff and help meet the needs of operations across its locations. You will lead teams, monitor safety, and ensure high service levels for guests and employees.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, and performing frontline roles as needed to keep the facility running smoothly. Opportunity for bonus eligibility and participation in an employee ownership program are highlighted.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school education or equivalent; some college is preferred.
• Some supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process.

Aufgaben

• Ensure employees perform their duties as required.
• Monitor the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
• Monitor the safety of vehicles, customers, and employees.
• Report any vehicle accidents or employee injuries to management.
• Audit daily work of Parking Guest Attendants and Shuttle Drivers.
• Fill shifts or cover shifts as needed.
• Perform frontline positions such as Parking Guest Attendant and Shuttle Driver as requested.
