What You’ll Do

As the Shift Supervisor, you will lead shifts by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, complete their duties thoroughly, and adhere to brand standards & food safety requirements. You will also assist in training new team members and monitor compliance with cash handling policies.

  • Lead team activities on shift.
  • Provide friendly customer service, resolve complaints positively.
  • Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures.
  • Operate POS system, process payments accurately, follow cash policies.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures.
  • Perform kitchen tasks: prepping, cooking, packaging, cleaning.
  • Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products.
  • Maintain product knowledge.
  • Assist in training new team members.
  • Follow brand standards, food safety, and policies.
  • Report observations or issues to leadership.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Cash handling and customer service experience required.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Ability to interact enthusiastically with the public and coworkers.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, lift at least 40 pounds.
  • Good reading, speaking, and comprehension skills.
  • Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
