CVS Health is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Houston, TX. This role supports the Store Management team, drives store execution, and enhances customer loyalty through excellent service.

As a key on-site leader, you will supervise staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain CVS customer experience while safeguarding confidentiality and safety. The position is full-time with a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Support Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Supervise staff and assign/direct activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve inquiries to uphold CVS customer service standards.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, stock, and displays per planograms.
• Ensure customer/patient confidentiality and safety.
