Job summary

CVS Health in Charleston, WV is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in day-to-day operations and customer service excellence. You will supervise staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and help drive store performance while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff and supervise crew; direct and follow up on activities.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture while handling inquiries and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and ensure displays and inventories align with weekly and seasonal plans.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
