Job summary

CVS Health in Mullins, SC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store staff when a manager or Operations Supervisor is not present and ensure smooth store operations. You will be responsible for opening/closing procedures and maintaining excellent customer service.

The role requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical abilities, and effective communication, with flexibility to cover early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays; execute planogram-based resets and seasonally updated signage.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow company policies.
