CVS Health in Morgantown, WV is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are offsite, you lead the staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

This role requires good deductive reasoning, analytical thinking and strong communication. You should be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities and communicating with management.
• Assist customers, resolve questions and complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture while stocking shelves and managing displays.
