Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required. Associate’s Degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience providing direct care services to adults with a developmental disability.
• AMAP certified, SCIP-R trained, CPR and First Aid trained.

Responsibilities

• Assist consumers in skill development in various life areas.
• Supervise consumers in community settings.
• Lead group sessions and facilitate discussions.
• Provide progress reports on consumer outcomes.
• Assess needs of lower-functioning and non-verbal consumers.
• Ensure compliance with individual plans and documentation.
