Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or related operational experience.
• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience with training, coaching, onboarding, and performance guidance.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and process product orders, including receiving, picking, and shipping; register them and distribute within the organization.
• Schedule containers to be received and plan logistics with transportation department for receiving.
• Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure the orders are delivered on time for shipping.
• Distribute orders and organize cycle counting as needed for picking.
• Monitor daily shipping/receiving/picking reports.
• Communicate with vendors and drivers in a positive manner and resolve issues.
• Work with Supervisors and Managers to address performance concerns and operational challenges.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
