Job summary

Designer Brands is looking for a 2nd shift DC Area Manager based in Westampton, NJ. The role leads a 15–20 person team across receiving, putaway, shipping, and order processing, ensuring safe, accurate and on-time distribution.

You’ll optimize operations using WMS and automation, and drive continuous improvement through Lean/Six Sigma practices. Ideal candidate has 4+ years in supervision in a distribution setting, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Excel and vendor-management skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ combined years in supervisor or management-level positions overseeing 15+ associates.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift activities and lead 15–20 associates.
• Manage WMS, automation, conveyor, and sortation systems.
• Coach and develop department leaders and staff.
• Ensure safety, security and efficient distribution flow.
• Build cross-functional relationships with internal teams and vendors.
