Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Moore, OK, to lead a team during a morning shift and drive customer satisfaction through quality service. The role requires coaching staff, managing shift operations across food service, grocery, and fountain sales, and upholding safety and inventory standards.

With at least 1 year of experience and a valid driver's license, you will help maximize sales and maintain Braum's brand standards while fostering teamwork and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Retail experience preferred for customer-facing leadership.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.

Shift Supervisor Restaurant - Food Service Supervisor - Management

Position: Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation: $14.50 - $15.00

(annually $35,500 - $37,000)

Shift Supervisor's role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule:

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.

Reports to: Assistant Manager
