CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and deliver service that builds customer loyalty. When managers are away, you lead staff, ensure opening and closing procedures, and help maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are unavailable and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems, and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, assist and thank customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves to ensure appealing presentation.
• Execute displays, signage, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure merchandise is in place.
