CVS Health has a Shift Supervisor opportunity in Minnesota. This full-time role supports the Store Management team to drive store execution, customer service, and performance while fostering loyalty to CVS/pharmacy.

When managers are away, you lead the staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately. You'll supervise, assist customers, stock shelves, price merchandise, and maintain displays.

Qualifications

• Requires deductive reasoning, analytical ability and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and supervision capabilities are essential.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Management: supervise store crews and coordinate with store management.
• Customer Service: assist customers, handle questions and complaints, promote CVS service culture.
• Merchandise/Presentation: price, stock, display and reset merchandise per promotions and plans.
