Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Illinois seeks a Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening and closing procedures, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, communicating with management, handling customer questions, merchandising, stocking, pricing, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems and complaints while upholding CVS customer service standards.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise, and maintain displays and inventory per planograms.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly and store operations run smoothly.
