Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Denver, CO is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service.

You will lead store staff when no manager is on site, ensure opening/closing procedures, supervise activities, handle customer questions, stock shelves, price merchandise, and maintain displays. This role offers flexible hours with pay range $21.29–$30.29 per hour and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store staff through assigning, directing and following up of activities.
