Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while delivering excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, you lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise crew, handle customer inquiries, maintain displays, and ensure pricing and stock are managed according to plan. Competitive benefits apply to this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in coordination with store management.
• Supervise staff, assign and follow up on tasks, and communicate with teams.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote CVS service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure positive shopping experiences.
