Job summary

You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and uphold privacy and safety policies while fostering a welcoming, well-presented store environment.

Qualifications

Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

Lead the store staff when managers or supervisors are not onsite to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee opening and closing procedures and daily tasks.
Supervise crew through assigning, directing and following up on activities.
Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
Handle customer questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
Stock shelves and merchandise, price merchandise, and ensure displays/inventory meet standards.
