CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in New Jersey to support the CVS Store Management team and drive store execution. You’ll lead staff when managers are away, ensuring opening/closing procedures and a fast, friendly customer experience.

The role emphasizes merchandising, customer service, and collaboration with management. A flexible schedule including mornings or weekends is required, with frequent overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when it arises.

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth execution.
• Support customer service, resolve questions and complaints while maintaining confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays per weekly and seasonal promotions.
• Collaborate with store management and crews to drive store performance.
