Job summary

CVS Pharmacy is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Middletown, NJ to support the CVS Store Management team by driving store execution and customer service. When no manager is onsite, you will lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and uphold store standards.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, assisting customers, and managing merchandise presentation to maintain a positive shopping experience. Full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and supervise the crew in the absence of management; ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and resets per weekly promotions and plans.
