Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in New Jersey is seeking a part‑time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team, drive store execution and customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are away, you lead staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will manage the crew, assist customers, price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays. The role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and prior retail supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and resets following planograms.
