CVS Health Corporation in Greenville, SC is hiring a Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through service excellence. When managers are absent, you lead the team to ensure smooth operations, including opening/closing procedures.

You’ll supervise staff, handle customer issues, merchandise, and maintain displays with a focus on safety and quality, while offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when no manager onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions or complaints.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise, and manage displays and seasonal merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
