Job summary

Simon Property Group, a leader in retail real estate, is seeking a customer-focused team member for its Starbucks at Cielo Vista. You will deliver consistent beverages and food, maintain clean, safe operations, and support the shift team with coaching and strong communication.

You will contribute to a positive customer experience, training new partners, and partnering with leadership to maintain high standards of service and efficiency on shift.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• 6 months of customer-interaction experience.
• Dress code compliance and appearance standards.
• Experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Acts with integrity and promotes Starbucks culture, values and mission.
• Maintains calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events.
• Anticipates customer and store needs, evaluates environment.
• Communicates information to manager to respond to trends.
• Assists with partner training and coaching on shift.
• Delivers legendary customer service and builds relationships.
• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Organizes opening and closing duties and ensures safety policies.
• Gathers feedback on partner performance and morale.
