CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead the store staff when no manager is onsite and help ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and adaptability, with a typical 40-hour workweek and pay in the $16.50–$24.00 hourly range. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage plus paid time off.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Support store management and crews through effective supervision and communication.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
• Price, stock and merchandize merchandise, including weekly and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
