CVS Health Corporation in Pittsburgh is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution, customer service, and performance. When a manager is absent, you lead the staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise the crew, communicate with management, assist customers, price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and weekly promotions. The role emphasizes confidentiality and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is present and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
• Reset departments following planograms.
