CVS Health Minnesota seeks a Shift Supervisor to backfill store management, driving store execution and performance while delivering CVS customer service. You will lead staff, ensure opening and closing tasks are completed, and maintain a welcoming shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate information effectively between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, offer help, and thank customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays, signs and inventory per planograms.
• Reset departments following POGs and maintain seasonal merchandising.
