Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor in Mansfield, OH to support the Store Management team, lead store operations, and ensure excellent customer service. The role covers opening/closing procedures and supervision of staff to maintain smooth store performance.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, assisting customers, merchandising, and maintaining confidentiality. A flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Strong communication and supervision skills.
• Deductive reasoning, analytical thinking and basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crew and coordinate with store management and employees.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and execute displays and inventories per weekly/promotional plans.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure timely completion of opening/closing procedures.
