Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating tasks of two or more employees.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality and adhere to store policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming.
• Direct the work of others and coach preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products, cash handling, store safety and security.
