Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality per store policies.
• Able to delegate tasks to two or more employees.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customize as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to deliver high-quality beverages and food.
• Ensure order accuracy and cash handling procedures are followed.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and store policies across shifts.
• Support opening, staffing, and closing shift responsibilities.
