Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.
• Provide quality beverages and food, cash handling, store safety and security with or without accommodations.
• Experience coordinating tasks and delegating to 2+ employees.
• Direct the work of others and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customer specs.
• Delegate tasks to teammates and coordinate group activities during shifts.
