Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.
• Cash handling and store safety responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and coach team members to deliver quality beverages and food.
• Ensure store meets policies, standards and safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Collaborate with team to maintain smooth store operations during peak hours.
