Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will supervise a small team, uphold quality beverages and food, and coach colleagues to meet standards.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role involving frequent customer interaction and fulfilling requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others on shift and coordinate tasks for two or more employees.
• Provide quality beverages and food products while maintaining store safety and cash handling.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication to ensure a welcoming customer experience.
