Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role that involved consistent customer interaction.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes, including substitutions.
• Delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate at least two staff.
• Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming.
• Coach and direct team to meet quality beverage standards and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cash handling, safety, and security.
