Qualifications

• Attend with punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Maintain store policies and standards including quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team on shift and coach staff.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food to standard recipes, including substitutions.
• Create a welcoming space for the community and ensure guest satisfaction.
