Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare and coach the preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others to maintain smooth store operations.
• Provide quality beverages and food to standard recipes or customer-specific requests.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate the work of multiple employees.
