Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is looking for a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring our coffeehouse remains a welcoming space for the community. You will help coach team members, maintain quality beverages and food, and uphold store standards while delivering excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes leadership by example, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work across schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating tasks of two or more employees
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Meet store policies and standards including cash handling and store safety and security

Responsibilities
