Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members to deliver quality beverages and food.
• Ensure recipes are followed and customer orders are prepared correctly.
• Uphold store safety, cash handling, and security procedures.
