Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.

• Follow store policies and standards for quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• Six months of experience in a role requiring customer interactions.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others, learn quickly, and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of the retail environment, strong interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and partners.
