Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Ability to coach the preparation of beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating two or more employees.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Knowledge of retail environment, store safety and security.
