You will coach teammates, delegate tasks, and uphold store standards, with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. The position supports growth through development experiences and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring regular customer interaction and fulfilling requests.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to coach and prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customize for customers.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with craft and heart to keep the store welcoming for the community.
• Direct and coordinate team tasks to meet store policies and standards.
• Provide quality beverages and food while maintaining safety and cash handling procedures.
• Support growth and training through coaching and development of partners.
