Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to make your coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate tasks of two or more employees.
• Ensure adherence to store operating policies, cash handling, and store safety and security.
