Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will oversee beverage and food preparation, coach teammates, and uphold store standards and safety.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to manage a diverse schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodations.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards: quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• Six months in a role with customer interaction and requests fulfillment.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes, including substitutions.
• Six months + experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two+ employees.
