Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating a team
• Ability to direct the work of others

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for your community
• Provide quality beverages and food products, and maintain store safety and security
• Coach and develop fellow partners to deliver excellent guest experiences
• Ensure cash handling and store operating policies are followed
