Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security
• Six (6) months in a customer-facing role and ability to delegate to others (6+ months)

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach team during shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and serve beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications
• Maintain store safety and security and ensure policy compliance
